MIRROR | Jimin centric | βœ” - π‚π‘πšπ©ππžπ« 𝟏𝟐

Jimin stood outside the library.

As Seokjin said there was a cabinet beside the door. It was dusty and filled spiderwebs.

Covering his face with the pajama top, Jimin opened the cabinet. He had been suffering from dust allergy for sometimes now. He can’t tolerate even a little dust. And if he start sneezing he won’t be able to stop. And the itching in his nose, throat and eyes are additional.

But even after searching through it he didn’t find any key there. It was empty. He felt dejected.

What will he do now? Should he break the lock?

With determination Jimin decided to break the it. To his luck he found an iron bar beside the door and picked it up. Taking a deep breath he started hitting the space between the metal lock.

Even though he know, if he hit this gently the lock won’t break, he can’t afford to wake the people downstairs from the sound of metal.

Jimin tried again, his grip strong, trying to not make much noise. But to his dismay, the lock didn’t even budge.

“Are you going to break that?”

Jimin jumped in shock at the sudden voice and dropped the metal rod from his hand. But to his relief, before it could touch the floor and make a loud noise, a hand caught it.

Feeling his heart beat quickening, Jimin turned to look at where the voice came from. Hwang Wonhee stood in front of him with that playful smile on his lips.

“What do you want?” Jimin asked annoying by the man’s behavior. He always appear whenever Jimin is doing something sneakily. What is he even doing upstairs?

“I wants to help you.” Wonhee said matter of factly, leaning the metal rod against the wall.

“But, I didn’t call you.” Jimin frowned. This man really likes to stuck his nose in other’s business.

“I just wanted to help you. Are you not grateful?” A fake pout appear on the taller’s lips, making Jimin annoy.

“How exactly are you going to help me?” Jimin crossed arms on his chest. He was beyond angry now.

“I have the key to the library.” Wonhee smirked, pulling out a key from his pocket.

“Is that really the key to this?” Jimin pointed to the lock, his eyes widening with surprise.

“Yes, I stole it from the guards.” Wonhee smiled.

“What do you need from me in exchange of the key?” Jimin asked. He know from the way Wonhee is behaving he must need something from Jimin. As expected, the smile on Wonhee’s lips widened.

“Nothing much.” The older male shrugged. “I just want to know, why you are sneaking in to library and what you are doing at the no entry area at midnight.”

“It’s secret.” Jimin replied.

“Tell me.” Wonhee persuaded. “I will give you the key.”

“If I tell you, it won’t be a secret anymore.” Jimin answered.

“Then forget about the key.” The man pocketed the key sassily.

Jimin sighed. If he have to help the six of them in the mirror, he need the key. But he don’t trust Wonhee enough to tell him about the secret in the dance room. But does he have any choice? Maybe he should try lying.

“I am curious about the books in the library.” Jimin tried.

“No no, Mr. Park. You can’t lie to me.” Wonhee pursued his lips in a thin line, shaking his head. There was a knowing look on his eyes.

Jimin sighed. If he want to get the key, he have to tell him his reason. “Promise me, you won’t tell it to anyone.” Jimin asked after thinking.

“No, I won’t.” Wonhee said smile forming on his lips. He was pretty handsome.

“I am going to find some secrets in library.” He sighed.

“What secrets?” Wonhee has a curious look on his face, but the knowing smile never left his lips.

Jimin wanted to punch that handsome face of his. How can someone be so stubborn. ‘Mind your own business mister’, he wanted to say.

“There is someone trapped in this palace, and I want to release them.” Jimin answered, without giving more information.

“I will help you.” The older male doesn’t seem to back out, he believed it without further questions.

“Okay.” Jimin rolled his eyes, but agreed nonetheless, knowing there is no way he could refuse him.

Jimin was afraid, Wonhee would turn out to be a threat to his newfound six friends. But he can’t hide it from the only man who have key to library. Also, even if something happens Jimin can handle it. He will save those six in the mirror any way he can.

“Let’s goo.” Wonhee sing singed.

He inserted the key in to lock, and to Jimin’s relief it opened. As they opened the door, it screeched a little, but Wonhee opend it slowly, trying his best to not make loud noise.

Jimin nodded in approval, earning a smile from Wonhee.

“What are we looking for?” The older asked as they started searching.

“A book about curse lifting, look for the books by Park Wonho.” Jimin suggested.

Something flashed in the other man’s eyes, hearing the name, which disappeared fast.

They started searching from one side of the library. The library was massive, with millions of books stacked perfectly. It reminded Jimin of the library from ‘Beauty and the beast’, but a little dusty.

They could only search a little part of the library with in two and half hour of time they have. And to Jimin’s dismay they haven’t found the book they are looking for.

Jimin sighed. It’s already time to go back. If not, they will get caught.

Locking the library back, Wonhee guided Jimin downstairs. He didn’t give the key to Jimin, saying they will come here again together.

“Goodnight.” Wonhee smiled, as they descended the stairs.

Before he could say anything back, Wonhee shushed him. He dragged him towards a dark part and hide there, as footsteps went past them. They almost got caught.

Jimin stared at the retreating figure, who had phone pressed against his ear. As a fan, Jimin can recognize the man from anywhere, Yejun.

The man walked towards the direction where they had came from. Jimin sighed in relief. If they had been a little late, they would have been caught.

“Is he sleepwalking?” Wonhee whispered with a roll of eyes, as they both came out of the hiding spot and walked towards the rooms.

“Maybe network issue.” Jimin suggested while opening the door to his room. “Bye.” With that he hurriedly enter the room.

“See you tomorrow.” Jimin heard Wonhee’s voice but closed the door. Human interactions are hard, especially with the man who don’t know how to mind his own business. But he was helpful after all. Jimin can’t even complain.

Jimin sat on the bed, his mind going back to what happened in the dance room. The mark on his lower back is a matching tattoo they all have. A seven vertex star.

Standing up from the bed, Jimin went to the dressing table and stood in front of the mirror and lifted his pajama top, turning around to take a look at the tattoo.

They were right, the mark which was greyish and barely noticeable, now black and easy to see.

A subconscious smile spread across Jimin’s lips, as he traced his fingers along the tattoo. A seven vertex star. A symbol for their love.

Shaking his head, Jimin walked towards the bed and layed down.

Jimin is not part of this, they love Jaemin. Even if Jaemin is his past life, they both are entirely different from each other according to what Jimin know. They just looks alike. Their characters and way of thinking are entirely different.

Jimin shook his thoughts off. For now, he should focus on lifting the curse from the six of them.

“He won’t be arriving today after all, will he?” Taehyung asked, his eyes still focused in the closed door of the dance room.

“He maybe tired by now, after the searching.” Hoseok answered.

Seokjin nodded his head agreeing with Hoseok. Jimin already met them before going to search. Maybe after all the searching, he is tired.

He felt bad. It feels like they are burdening Jimin with all of this curse thing. The younger is not even getting proper sleep because of them.

All day working on his job, and at night spending time with them. And now he have to search the whole big library to find cure to this curse.

Seokjin sighed. He don’t understand what kind of job Jimin is doing. But he is sure that, the smaller is working really hard on it. And at night he is working hard for them. It’s so cruel towards Jimin. Seokjin felt bad.

“He is pushing himself too hard. Will he be okay?” Jungkook asked his does eyes filled with concern, which mirrored the others in the room.

“I wonder.” Namjoon replied. “He is not even getting proper sleep.”

“I think we should tell him to get rest.” Yoongi suggested.

“Yes, his health is more important.” Seokjin agreed with them.

Even if they trapped here forever, Jimin’s health is the first priority. They don’t want him to over work himself for them.

“I am missing him already.” Taehyung pouted, leaning on Yoongi’s shoulder.

“Me too.” Jungkook nodded his head.

Suddenly the door knob jiggled, indicating a presence outside. All of their eyes lit up, expecting Jimin to walk in to the room.

Taehyung was already by the mirror, his wide rectangular smile spread across his lips.

Seokjin was also happy to see the their lover again, but his face turned in to a frown when another man walked in to the room.

All of their eyes widened at the sight of the familiar man, who stood in front of the mirror, staring at Taehyung.

Seokjin stood up from where he was sitting and went to Taehyung’s side, other four following him.

“Nice to meet you, again.” The man smiled.

Even though the man was good in his previous life, no one know how he is in this life. They have to be careful.

But that’s not what bothered Seokjin more, the man still remember them, even after five centuries, even after rebirth, when Jimin barely know much about them. How can that be?

“I came here just to say hello. It’s been a while, I mean years, no I mean centuries.” The man smiled at them. “It’s nice to meet you. Hope you are all doing good.”

They didn’t reply. They just stood there with wide eyes and slacked jaw. They were shocked to see him again.

“Brother, they are the one I told you about. ” Jaemin beamed at his older brother who had gentle smile on his face.

He introduced both party to each other. At least his brother should meet his lovers.

“As long as they take good care of you, I am okay with whoever you choose.” His brother send stern glance towards the six of them, who smiled nervously.

“We will.” Seokjin answered, assuring older male.

“Do you think father will agree to me loving six people?” Jaemin asked with worry etched face.

“He never stopped you from anything.” Jaemin’s brother patted his hair. “And even if he do, I will support you. And your sister in law will also back you up.” He assured.

“Thank you brother. You are the best.” Jaemin hugged his brother tightly, his smile widening, showing off his crooked teeth.

He glanced at his lovers, who looked at him fondly with a tiny smile on their face. He is happy as long as they are with him.
