“What?! I wasn’t… It… Uhm” I looked away and saw through one of the floor to ceiling windows, Danny coming down the hall. I just followed him with my eyes, my heart beating fast ~how can it with one look I get like this, he’s not even gay, let alone bi.~ He then looked straight at me and smiled like he did earlier, making me blush, then looked away making a mistake by looking towards Sarah and saw a glint of understanding in her eyes.
~Shit she knows something, gotta think quick. What!?… Crap say it about loud stupid.~ “… What?” ~ooohhh yeah playing it cool.~
“Nothing nothing…” She said abruptly with a knowing smile.
~crap… -.-‘ why did I thought she’ll leave it alone she never does~

It was after school now, I somehow managed to get away from answering Sarah’s never ending questions; relating to, the little ‘moment’ as she put it, Danny and me shared. I, trying my best, ignored most questions by not answering them.
Arriving home with nothing epically talk-worthy happened. I arrived home calling out for my parents. Hearing my mom calling me from the kitchen I made my way over there.
“Hey mom” I said as I went over and gave her a hug and a kiss on the cheek “where’s dad?”
” Oh, i almost forgot, your father and i are going out of town,” she told me while i looked at her surprised.
” What? For what?” i asked a bit irritatedthat i just found out. Not that I’m used to it, they always do this to me. They always leave me out of everything, and i don’t find out till the last minute. And every-time i asked the for what, they always reply ‘we’ll tell you later.’
” Its business related don’t worry, we’ll tell you later, hun,” see what i mean? and they also reply with ‘your not old enough, yet’ I’m like,I’m 16 for crying out loud, i think I’m old enough to handle anything. I just huffed at her respond and grumpily replied “fine, I’m going up to my room now.”when your leaving?’ i asked, not that i cared… as much, just wanted were to know when they leave. ” In acouple of hours, ill be meeting up with your father at the airport.’
~as always, I’m the last to know right mother~ i though to my self, then headed up the stair after mumbling an “alright”
“oh and sweetie?” my mom chirped.
I stopped halfway towards up the stairs not wanting to looked back at her “Yeah mom?” i sighed ” I’m calling you a caretaker,” in other word a babysitter, great I’m stuck here now with god knows who of a creep, she started to laugh due to the face of annoyance i was making, “I’m kidding i know your old enough to stay home alone, just no wild parties’ she said with a wink.
I just stared at her with a pout “Dang i was this close” i said jokenly, like i would do such thing”Well can I at least have some of my friends over?” i hopefully asked her shell say yes.
“Sure you can” she surprisingly said, i was baffled she rarely lets me have friends over especially when they aren’t home, but quickly snapped out of it “Kay mom thanks, ill call them right now” i excitedly said as i bounded up the stair and into my room.

2 HOURS LATER
I was heading down the stair when the doorbell rang, with my mom gone over an our ago it had to my friends i quickly bolted to the door, not bothering to check if it was them. As soon as i opened the door I was tackled to the ground hitting the floor, with a audible thud, flat on my butt. Then i heard laughterin front of me. Me thinking the worst I scurried away, as fast as i could crawl, and curled into a ball “DON’T HURT ME!!!” i yelled afraid that they were robbers and where armed, “I HAVE NO MONEY!!!” Then i started to whimper out of fright, and that’s when i noticed the loud laughter.
~Why do those laughter sound familiar?~ i opened an eye and saw my friends laughing hard that they were wiping tears away. I got up embarrast and then turned red from anger. ‘WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT TO ME!!!” i yelled at them, only to cause them from laughing harder.
“We. Didn’t. Think. That. You. React. Like. That.’ Sarah said between laughter. I just glared at her fuming on what they did.
“…Whatever…’ i said under my breath. “So what you guys wanna do? Parents are out of the house for the weekend, and its just us guys… plus Sarah…’ i said adding Sarah’s name at the end just ’cause.
“SCARY MOVIE!!!” Yelled Raymond as he held up some boxes of movies.
“HEY ALEX WHERES THE FOOD!!!!” i heard Luzia yell from the kitchen, not surprised she somehow managed to snake her way in there, i turned around and saw her carrying boxes of snacks that i had managed to hid from my mom, surprised that she found them ” How the hell did you find them? I hid them pretty well” i told her as she just stared at me with am unfazed look.
“What?” she half whined and scoffed “I was hungry, Luzia needed food, so Luzia went to look for some but some fat-ass wanted it for himself” i just chuckled while shaking my head.

I jolted up, panting and quickly looked around me, and saw that i was in the living room covered with popcorn, and the credits rolling on the screen from the movie we were watching. I noticed that everyone was asleep in awkward positions. I chuckled when i saw Raymond was slumped foward with his butt in the air and drooling, Luzia and Sarah heads together, leaning against the couch besides me.
i stretched and let out sigh as my back popped, I then heard a noise outside, not wanting to go alone i got up and went to shake Luzia, Sarah, and Raymond, each grunting in protest, i let them be and when outside to check where i heard the noise. It was cold, but not cold enough for it to be uncomfortable without a jacket on, and windy. As i got closer i noticed that the umbrella from the pool table was blown away to the shed, to lazy to go and retrieve it i turned around and started to walk back into the house. But then i felt as if someone was staring at me from behind, i turned around and saw that there wasn’t anybody there; continued to walk inside, i heard a low growl, i stopped dead on my tracks and slowly turned around and saw a crouching figure, as if ready to pounce. Just like in a movie, the wind blows, the moon is uncovered from behind the clouds, and the moonlight bathes the menacing creature in-front of me. My eyes widen with shear fear, there was this wolf in-front of me, only yet it was bigger than a normal wolf, I saw his jaw teeth bared with its saliva rolling down his canine teeth, his eyes were dark as an abyss, his fur equally as dark.
With no second thought I took of running, towards the woods, with the beast snapping at my back, i managed to get far from him, only to trip over a rock that i didn’t see; before i get up to get away the giant wolf was on top of me, i put my hands up in hopes to protect my face just when he launched forward with his teeth bare aiming straight to my face.
I woke up screaming, causing everyone to wake up frantically looking around as to what was happening, and tumbled to ground, from where i was on the couch only, face first. I laid there for a bit moaning in pain.
“Dude!” said an annoyed groggy Raymond
“Why’d you scream?” said another annoyed Sarah
“Don’t tell me you had a nightmare?” said a tired Luzia still waking up. Shaking me head and said ” For the record it wasn’t from the movies, we didn’t watch any man eating animals” i groaned, “just go back to sleep guys, I’m fine.” i turned to look at them and they were already asleep once again.
~ Well that shows me how worried they were~ i thought to my self.
I pushed my self off the floor and back into the couch, I looked around and saw that the TV was still on so i got up, much to my distaste, and it turned off without a sound. Just as i was about to go lay down on the couch again i heard a noise outside, which made me tense up, not wanting for my dream to become reality, i tiptoed to a window, that looked out to the forest that surrounded my house, and sneaked a look past the blinds looking out towards the woods, I relaxed when i didn’t see nothing, that was until i saw a pair of eyes glowing, i gasped, and scampered away from the window, heaving heavily from my sudden shortness of breath, i courageously looked out again and was relieved when i didn’t see nothing outside. ~ Must have been my imagination or just a small animal~ with that thought in my mind, i made myself lay down on the couch once again, and fell asleep without anything perpetuating my sleep.
