STAR CITY AIRPORT

It’s been a couple of hours, maybe a whole day as I’ve lost all track of time tracking Ra’s and where he plans to deploy his nuclear bomb. It’s all brought us here, to the airport. I’ve used my prototype algorithm to track him down but of course like all good things, they crash!
Drake isn’t here to help and he won’t be anymore. He died honorable and there’s only one way to make sure his death can be avenged. To avenge him, by killing Oliver and Ra’s Al Ghul. Defeating League of Assassins with the 4 of us in Team Arrow, is a long shot. Slade went MIA and I didn’t expect him to stay either. Star City was evacuated to Central City all thanks to Quentin and the SCPD as soon as the message went out, but many criminals and others who couldn’t make the trip stayed behind.
“We’re here.” Diggle says as he parks the black van in-front of a giant black and red blimp.
“Alright, follow the plan and stick together. I’ll hack into the blimp’s system and redirect it into the ocean and explode it from there with everyone inside, besides us four.” I say taking lead of the team as Diggle has been left traumatized by Drake’s death by Oliver. We’re all scared, we were all that Oliver had, and now he’s not afraid to kill us.
“What about Oliver?” Rene asks wondering whether he’s on our team or not.
“Kill him.” I say with anger and fury wanting revenge for what he did to Drake, to his own lover! “He’ll kill us the minute he spots us, so we need to move fast and avoid him at all cost… Any questions?”
“Let’s do this.” Rene says putting his hockey mask on becoming Wilddog. I hold my tablet tight and Diggle nods in his Spartan suit as well as Curtis in his Mr.Terrific suit. “For Black Canary.” Rene says as this is our purpose for being here. Black Canary equals to all four of us, meaning we can do this!
“FOR BLACK CANARY.” We whisper under our breath and head out. We run towards the blimp sneaking in and as soon as we get on, it begins to fly up. We made it JUST in time. Curtis sends out his sphere out to scan for potential targets and it finds a good amount of them, some around the corner. Rene and Diggle take the lead and start knocking them out cold silently to not cause any distraction.
Curtis’ sphere also connects to my tablet and it shows me the blueprint of the blimp, and where the bridge is for me to hack into the system to redirect the blimp. Glad that Team Arrow took on another tech genius so I don’t have to do all the work anymore.
We all walk together towards the bridge but halfway there, things begin to get dark. We stop in the middle of the blimp in a big courtyard type room where my tablet begins to glitch as well as Curtis’ spheres. “What’s wrong?” Diggle turns around looking at me and I get a bad feeling.
“It’s a trap.” Rene says silently and as soon as he says that, I see the assassins drop down from sheets on to the floor surrounding us. They whip out their swords and set themselves for an attack mode. Rene, Diggle and Curtis aim their weapons at the assassins but were outnumbered.
“Your gadgets are being dampened by our EMP jammer. We knew you would come and join.” I hear Ra’s voice and turn my head to see him walk into the room with Oliver following from behind.
“You won’t get away with this Ra’s.” Diggle says angry and he will.
“I already have.” Ra’s says as he walks towards us. “Did you really think you were going to win?” He chuckles at us belittling us. “You’re all not capable of taking down an assassin one to one alone, neither do you have your Green Arrow and Black Canary friends to give you the upper hand. You are all weak and pathetic. I have a mission to bring balance to the world, and an image of how Star City should be! And as funny as it is to keep ambushing you all, you four are really working my last nerve.” He says staring at us down and I look at him like he’s mad and as I do, he sees right through me. “I am neither a zealot nor a madman. I am a realist at least, and a futurist at best! Some do not agree.. Thus, we must use whatever means necessary to protect and preserve what mankind pillage and rape. The world will thank us someday.”
“You won’t get peace through war and destruction. Only a moron would know that.” Rene talks back to Ra’s and Ra’s chuckles. Ra’s turns away and begins to walk away.
“Kill them all.” Ra’s speaks to his assassins and the assassins walk towards us. As they do, two of the assassins whip out their bow and arrows and one of them shoots an arrow at Ra’s but before it hits Ra’s, Oliver quickly slices the arrow in half blocking the attack.
The other assassin attacks back with his blade against the assassins. “Traitor!” The assassins yell and two of the assassins battle the other assassins, taking them down easily. Oliver takes out his bow and arrow and shoots at one of the assassins and as does, one of the assassins deflects the arrow with his gauntlet.
“Drake.” I say under my breath surprised that he’s alive! The two assassins takes down the opposing assassins with their blade, throwing them all down to the floor and once they’re all down. The assassins takes off their masks revealing their true identity, Slade and Drake.
“You overestimate yourself.” Drake says whipping the blade around like a toy. He then stares at us four and smiles. “Go! Slade will take you.” Drake commands us and Slade gathers us like sheep and I take him to where we’re supposed to go.

The Black Canary
“Al Sah Him might’ve not killed you but we both will take care of that this time.” Ra’s says as they both team up trying to intimidate me to scare me off. I quickly grab another sword going double as this will be fun.
“Entertain me… please.” I say positioning myself and they both run towards me. I quickly take them each with one blade at the time kicking, and sliding my blades at each of them. I kick Ollie off and throw him against the wall. I then take Ra’s on my own without any distractions and our blades slap each other multiple times.
“You had a good teacher.” Ra’s refers to my sensei back in Central City. “Too bad he died of an unknown cause.” Ra’s hints at my origin, calling me a murderer. It triggers me and it pushes me. I quickly swing my blade and slice his torso and back up.
“He taught me well. Just like you taught him.” I say as my sensei was part of League of Assassins without my knowledge. We didn’t practice their ways, only their fighting techniques.
“You fight like an Amazon, with honor, pride, and revenge.” He says and we continue battling. He then disarms me, kicking both blades from my hands. He then kicks me to the ground and I get up.
Ra’s then walks towards Ollie and Ollie gets up. “You’d do anything to protect him wouldn’t you?” Ra’s says taunting him me and I stand up straight not knowing what he’s up to.
“Yes.” I respond silently and he takes his blade to Ollie’s neck and Ollie raises his chin up honorably.
“Perhaps I chose the right one to take over my throne?” Ra’s says and looks over at me. “He’s turned into my slave, his mind is gone, all will to himself is stripped away from him. He is nothing but a killer now.” He says and he’s wrong about that. He can believe whatever he sees with Ollie, but I know Ollie is there. If Ollie wanted to kill me, he would’ve done it right. “If Al Sah Him ever sees you again, he will slit his own throat on command!” Ra’s takes his blade off Ollie’s neck and walks in front of him and I don’t react as he Ollie won’t do it, neither will I let Ra’s get away with it. I recognize Ollie’s human expression and I watch him take out a knife from his belt and hiding it in his sleeve.
“You win.” I surrender myself and he lowers his eyebrows confused.
“You’d let me take your lover? Just like that?” Ra’s says and chuckles. “Join us then. We’d be unstoppable all together!” Ra’s says with a bright smile and as he gets closer to me, Ollie sneaks behind getting closer to Ra’s back. “We can bring peace to the world!” He says and stands right in front of me and grabs on to my head with joy. “I can’t believe it. The Black Canary loses.” Ollie gets prepared to kill Ra’s and I can’t let him, he will only fuel his alternate identity and lose more of his humanity.
“I love you.” I say to Ollie as I look directly at him and Ollie pauses before going to attack Ra’s and Ra’s turns around seeing Ollie betray him. Ra’s then looks back at me and I quickly grab him by his throat and raise him to the air.
“Smile.” I say aggressively and twist his neck, breaking it and he falls to the ground. His body slams on to the floor hard and he’s dead. It’s all over. I stare down at Ra’s Al Ghul as I’ve crossed the hero line. It’s true that I’m no hero, and I’ve proven it tonight.
I walk towards Ollie and I hug him as he hugs me and holds me tight. I knew he was in there. Ollie then kisses my forehead with tears in his eyes as he’s going to do something stupid. “You deserve better.” He whispers and lets go of me and runs off disgusted at himself, and guilty.
“Ollie!” I yell and he runs off and I have to get him.
“Drake! I’ve managed to redirect the blimp into the ocean, we need to get off now!” Felicity says getting into my earpiece comms and this blimp is going to explode. I won’t let Ollie go this time, not again. I have to save him!
