3rd Person POV
“Kalluto?” Y/n gasped, turning around with a horrified look on her face. “I think my water just broke.”
The boy’s eyes widened before he went off to call for some of the butlers. A few came out of the estate, escorting Y/n into the estate. They called over her personal OBGYN, which Illumi hired to ensure Y/n got all her prenatal check ups. The butlers and doctor were frantically moving about, trying to set up for the birth of the newest Zoldyck.
Meanwhile, Illumi happened to be arriving home from a job.
Amane was rushing down the corridors with a stack of towels, not taking a second to stop when she said “The baby is coming!”
The eldest Zoldyck son’s eyes widened ever so slightly before he quickly tailed after the woman. When they arrived in the room, Illumi was met with the sight of the doctor and two other butlers trying to get Y/n to lay down.
“Miss Y/n, please just lay-“
“NO! I gave birth laying down once and I’m not fucking doing it again!”
Her face was flushed, due to a mixture of rage and the pain from her contractions. Illumi took her arm from one of the butlers, causing Y/n to finally notice he had entered the room.
“Just listen to the doctor Y/n,” he said sternly.
“Tell me that shit when YOU push some baby’s big ass head out of you. I’m going to have this baby standing damn it!”
Illumi huffed at her stubbornness before the doctor spoke up.
“Well, that is an option but it’s more tiring. Are you sure this is what you want?”
“YES, NOW HURRY UP AND GET THIS GOD DAMN BABY OUT OF ME!”
{timeskip about 6 hours}
Illumi was now supporting most of Y/n’s weight as she leaned on him. She was finally fully dialated, and this baby was ready to come out. She cried out in pain as she began pushing, the doctor trying her best to ease her through it.
“I can’t believe I’m doing this again!” Y/n sobbed. “I don’t know why I keep putting myself through this, I’m so stupid!”
“It’s not your fault,” the doctor soothed.
Y/n sniffled before speaking up again.
“You’re right, its not my fault. It’s YOUR FAULT!” She said, looking up at Illumi and weakly attempting to hit his chest.
The man only blinked down at her while tears continued to drip down her face.
“Come on, you’re almost done. I just need you to push.”
“I AM PUSHING FUCKER!”
After a few more labored breaths and pained wails, Y/n’s new baby was born. Out came a crying baby boy. She finally allowed herself to be sat, the doctor handing her the newborn. After delivering the placenta, cutting the umbilical cord, cleaning up and all of that jazz the doctor spoke up once again.
“Congratulations you two! The baby seems healthy, but there does seem to be a few vaginal tears in need of stitching.”
Y/n ignored the doctor, looking down at the bundle of joy in her arms. Her eyes widened in surprise seeing her baby had been born with white hair. After settling down, the boy finally opened his eyes to reveal catlike pupils and pale lavender irises. Suddenly, a green glow surrounded the two of them. Within seconds, Y/n no longer felt like she had just given birth anymore.
“Oh my! The tears are… gone!?”
Y/n sat dumbfounded at her newfound energy, before looking up at Illumi who had been standing next to her. She looked down at her baby before passing it off to her lover.
Illumi took the boy, blinking at him before the smallest hint of a smile formed on his face. Y/n dismissed the doctor and collected herself before standing again.
“Illumi… our baby has some sort of healing ability.”
Upon hearing this the man’s small smile turned into a smirk as he hummed.
“Is that so?”
“I don’t like that face you’re making,” the woman said before scooping her baby back into her own arms. “What do you think we should name him?”
“Hm..how about Torumi?”

I know nothing about birth or motherhood I am none but a wee lass >.<
anywaysss i named the new baby following the zoldyck naming pattern and took “rumi” from Illumi’s name(japanese pronunciation) ^__^
