Red’s POV

We’re deeper into a situation that took are innocence and It may very much take our life’s. This is not a battle that we can leave easily. I need to calculate before I eradicate; a plan.

Chandelure’s attack was quick, but I dodged it. Then, I sprinted away to get our backpacks. Quickly, I reached into my backpack, grabbing the nearest pokéball.

Tossing it, Charizard came out, “No time to explain, I need your help!”

He nodded his head when he saw Blue chained up on the wall. Finally, he now listens to me. . . or maybe because we’re in a terrible situation- but it doesn’t matter right now. Chandelure wasn’t aiming at me anymore, but at Blue.

Immediately, I took action, “Use Ember and Smoke Screen!”

Charizard breathed small flames to distract Chandelure, then released a obscure cloud of smoke around. A protective guard of sight, but caused him to jarred. No time to pass we need to bypass.

“Come Charizard, we need to break Blue’s chains!” He followed me, “Slash!” Charizard clawed.

Blue fell down when successfully vacating from the chains. I caught him, cherishing him at that moment. Admiring his face, but bewailed when glimpsing at his sensitive bruises. Blue, my friend- my love. How can I let such a carless act happened.

“I’m so sory. . . ” I asked, distraught.

“Just a little scratched up. . . no worries.” He laughed, weakly.

Chandelure vanished the smoke by raising his flames, “Such rude guests!” He shouted, infuriated.

Annoyed, “Charizard, kick his ass!”

Charizard promptly took stand from my demand. Meanwhile, my focus relied on, Blue.

Who knew, I didn’t had a clue, but it wasn’t new. . . I’m in love with, Blue. Simple as that, it was always there. Now I have to suffer the despair. No, don’t worry. I won’t let it happen. . . we’ll get out of this somehow.

“Have you ever imagined we would be in a situation like this?” I asked.

Right now, he needs to rest. Even though I do too, but that’s not love. I cannot feel right when my love is not alright. It may not be smart, but his worries comes before me.

“Not really. . . but some things come unexpected.” He placed his hand on mine, “Like, that you actually like me. . . like me, like me.” He grinned.

Looking into his eyes, “Blue, I don’t like you. . . I love you.”

Astonished, “Wha- really?” A tear slid down, “Red. . . that’s crazy. . .but sorry to tell you. I was the first one to love you, so I win!”

Amused, ” Blue, you dork.” We both laughed.

Charizard fell back, badly damaged, “Now it’s your turn to cease!” Chandelure warned.

“We need to end this. . .” Blue fretted.

Grabbing our backpacks, “Let’s do this.”

We each grabbed a pokéball from our choice. Pikachu is my decision, while Blue chose, Marshtomp. I returned, Charizard, knowing he needs his rest.

“Such a shame, forcing your ‘pets’ to fight!” He ranted.

Objecting, “No, you’re wrong! We don’t force them to fight because they’re our friends! They have a option to protect us and you better believe we’ll protect them too! You’re the one that should be ashamed!” I shouted.

Blue stepped in, “Yeah, I do now understand what you’re feeling. . . you were abandoned or treated poorly by a trainer. Trust me, I know the feeling to be wronged by a human. . . or even a group of them. The feeling was neutral back then, but I moved on! There’s no point of eliminating us when we been treated the same. . .please don’t do this!”

Everyone has a lament of some kind. We all deal with it at some point of our life’s. It’s impossible to avoid, even though the positive vibes has deployed; somehow you need to keep moving. With all this sorrow of bitter life. I know, we all can have a sweet moment of content.

It’s important to leave the guilt or it will eat you alive. Unless, you’ll lead a despicable, anguish, repentance life. The death clock is ticking, don’t be bickering.

Strangely the lamps on the walls resided from there places, floating to Chandelure. “No, I shall not forgive the! Why continue when the same predicament will happen?”

“You havn’t met the right people! I’m sure somewhere out there will love to have you!” I tried to convince.

The four lamps showed themselves to be, Lampents, “I’m not ignorant in seeing of the problem. Humans are the problem, destroying the world; the rightful place of Pokemon!” He denied.

The four Lampents circled around, Chandelure. At a instant, they all used blue flares that swirled around, aiming at us.

“Water Gun, now!” Blue ordered.

Marshtomp shot a powerful blast of water to counter. Both attacks pushed each other, causing to have a alternative game of tug-of-war.

“Lighting Bolt, Pikachu!” I griped.

The electric move distracted the Lampents. Moreover, the Water Gun have successfully collided with them. They hurled a Shadow Ball, but Marshstomp dodged. Pikachu secretly used Iron Tail. In a result, one of the Lampents got knocked out; three left.

“Tackle and Take Down!” Blue pointed.

Marshtomp hastily tackled one of the Lampents and jumped up, slammed down with the weight of his body; two left. They burst their flames some more. Unfortunately, Pikachu got burned a little.

“Quick Attack, go!” I commanded.

Luckily, Pikachu got both of the Lampents. “Damn you all! I shall take care of you aggravating plebeians!”

“Pikachu, I need you to use Iron Tail on the ground!!” Blue told my Pokemon.

Pikachu hesitated but followed, “What are you planning?”

“Just watch, you’ll get it.” He assured.

After, Pikachu, was done destroying the ground. Blue told, Marshtomp, to wet the ground. Creating a big mud puddle. Now, I get it. This tactic was from the battle of the Galvantulas. Marshtomp buried himself with the mud, using it as armour against the flames.

“Mud Bomb, go!” Marshtomp created a ball of mud, hurling at Chandelure.

“Keep going, don’t stop!” Blue advised.

Chandelure is completely devoured by the mud. In our favor, the flames he drew only dried the mud, keeping him inside.

“Nice one, blue!” I complemented.

Questioning, “But do you think he’s. . . ”

Unsure, “I don’t know. . . I’ll go check.” I walked over to the big mud pile.

“No, it’s fine. We should go.” He assured.

He’s right, we should leave while we have a chance.,”Alright let’s g-“

The mud pile exploded when a huge flame burst out, causing me to be burned on my left arm. The mud made a mess by splattering everywhere.

“Red!” Blue screamed with fear.

“. . .I’m fine- just look out for him!” I grunted.

Mocking, “You really think that was going be the end of me?” He blasted another round of flames.

We dodged in time, “You know what, I had enough. Pikachu, show him no mercy!” Pikachu detracted him. “Blue, I need you to leave, right now. I have a plan and it’s not going to end well. I want you to live and-“

“No, shut up! I won’t let you do whatever you’re thinking about!” He croaked.

Grabbing his shoulders, “I need to destroy the building in order to completely eliminate him. I need you to leave, right now. . .please.”

“Let me do it.” He offered.

Confused, “What?”

“I know what to do, let me do it. I owe you so much.” He wept.

“. . .no- I cannot let you- no!” I objected.

“All my life. . . I spent loving you. I owe you ever since that day you saved me from those group of kids. I felt weak until you taught me to be strong. . . right now I’m strong. I’m suitable for the job, I assure you.”He vowed.

“No! No way! Never!” I denied, strongly.

“. . . then I have no choice. Marshtomp!” Blue called him, “Take Red and Pikachu out of here, right now!

“Wha- no! Do-” Marshtomp picked me up, then retrieved Pikachu.

Blue placed his backpack on Marshtomp, “Stay safe, I love you. . . so damn much, Red.”

“No! Please put me down! Blue. . . don’t do this!” I sobbed.

“Go, Marshtomp.” He waved goodbye.

Struggling, “Blue! Please! Don’t!”

Blue starred at me, then turned around to face Chandelure. My tears are uncontrollable, my love has sacrificed himself. How will I ever live with the guilt? I was the one to finish him off, Blue! I had a plan. . . involving you to be alive. . .

When we exited out, Marshtomp refused to let me go. We waited and waited for long period of minutes. . . and after awhile, the building completely collapsed, unexpectedly. There was no furniture left in sight, like it was fake; a illusion. When Marshtomp let go of us, I dropped to the ground, weakly; sobbing.

Mourning, “Why would you do this, Blue? If only you listened. . .  there wasn’t anything for you to prove, I knew you were strong. You always were. . . I just had to guide you, that’s all.” I crossed my arms, “I love you. . . so damn much.”

Suddenly, sounds of rocks crumbled from the building. My eyes investigated to see something emerging from the broken building.

A Lucario came out. . . along with. . . “Blue!” I sprinted, “How. . . how’d you- just. . . I’m glad that you’re alive!” I hugged him, tightly.

Laughing, “You really think that was going be the end of me?” Mocking Chandelure.

“Shut up, what you did was stupid!” I counldn’t help but laugh too, “You’re such a dork. . . a strong one.”

Smiling, “Thanks, but to be honest. . . I thought I was going to die, but I wouldn’t been happy to die for you. It was at the moment, where I secretly grabbed my Pokeball out of the bag before I handed to Marshtomp, wanting, Riolu, to help me out. . . but to my surprise. He evolved in his pokeball! Little guy was unstoppable in there, pratically destroyed the building!”

“Congrats, Lucario.” I patted him. “Now, we should get the hell out of here!”

“Agreed!” He followed me. “But wait, we forgot something.”

Confused, “What?”

Without warning me, he kissed me. I return the passion by pulling him closer to me.
