Hey dears,
I am here with an announcement, probably a sad one for you, who like this story.
I am taking a short break from writing. Don’t know how long though. But maybe a week to a month. No, I am not leaving this story, especially for some of you who had been supporting me from the beginning of the story to till now, I am really really grateful to you. Thank you so much.
The main reason for this break, I haven’t wrote anything past few weeks. It’s me with a half pending chapter which I am not able to complete. Family problem, health issues mentally and especially physical health, (Actually hospital has become my second home XD), everything is taking toll on me. And bad english, lack of time and writer’s block are other things. With all of that, nowadays I really have memory problem. I am forgetting things easily. And have to read previous chapters before start writing, as I don’t want to mess it up.
Even between these problems, I am taking my time to write chapters, so I can update it in time. Sometimes I really push my brain to that extent, it starts cursing me XD
Don’t you think, I deserve a little bit appreciation. Nothing much, just a click of your finger on that star is all.
But it’s okay. Cause, I used to be a reader before start writing. And, honestly I haven’t voted for any of the stories I read that time.
But now that I am in their shoes, I understand the joy each votes and comments gives a writer. I am saying this on behalf of all the authors out there. Each and every votes and comments (it’s okay if you can’t comment) makes me so happy and I feel appreciated. Maybe it’s just click for you, but it motivates me to write more. And comments always makes a grin on my face. Same with all the writers. Even if they don’t say it out loud.
That’s why, when I started writing, I went back to all of my favorite stories and binge vote them, even though most of the authors had already left wattpad. It can make them happy. Sometimes so happy, that you can’t even imagine.
It’s the opposite, when I see the decreasing votes. I feels as if I made some mistakes, as if I am disappointing you guys, as if I shouldn’t continue writing it. Especially the previous chapter got really less votes than I expected and it made me realized,it’s time to take a short break.
Still, I am not stopping the story completely. I will be back, in few weeks. And I am not leaving Wattpad completely, I will be here as a reader. That way I can improve my writing skills too. So, feel free to reach out for anything.
It’s just a short (maybe not so short) break. If I am alive and fine, I will definitely complete this story.
