A Jin x V story…
“We roll, we roll, WE ROLL!” Bangtan were singing in the car, on the way to a fan meeting which is located quite far away from the city.
“We still have two hours more, aren’t you guys gonna sleep?” Grandpa Suga yawned and took out his neck pillow.
“Yoongi hyung is right!” the leader joined in, “Y’all should get some rest and save your energy for later fan meeting.”
The other members nodded in agreement and soon, all of them plucked in their headphones and got into a comfortable position for a short nap. The leader was sitting at the passenger seat; while the middle row was occupied by Jimin – J-hope – Suga; leaving the three sitting at the last row, V – Jin – Jungkook.
Soon, snores can be heard, coming from the members who were very exhausted as they only had three hours of sleep last night. Jungkook, too, had his arm crossed in front of his chest, with his mouth wide open. He was sleeping soundly, except the fact that his head was swinging from left to right during the journey.
V, on the other hand, had his head rested on Mama Jin’s shoulder; and continuing to play his game on his mobile phone.
“Aren’t you gonna sleep?” Mama Jin whispered, not wanting to disturb the other members.
“I’m not sleepy though.”
“But it’s gonna be a long day ahead.”
“I’m gonna be just fine.”
“No, you’re not! Your dark circles are getting darker and bigger!!” Jin stressed and immediately confiscated V’s phone.
“Hyung,” V whined, as he did some aeygo, attempting to get back his phone.
Although Jin became flustered and embarrassed upon looking at his dongsaeng’s aeygo, his stand remained firm and coax V to sleep. V pouted and intertwined his fingers with Jin. As he laid on Jin’s shoulder, his other free hand started fidgeting with his hyung’s pants.
“Stop playing,” Jin said as he ruffled V’s hair.
“But I really can’t sleep!” V kicked his legs lightly.
“Then what do you want me to do?”
“Erm…” V touched his chin and pondered, “a goodnight kiss?” V popped up his lips cutely and closed his eyes.
However, he was rejected the moment when Jin pushed his face away, “Andwae!”
“Wae??”
“It’s not at night, so no goodnight kiss.”
“-_- how about a sleeping kiss?”
“But you’re not sleeping beauty!”
“You’re right. Sleeping beauty needs a kiss to wake up; and Sleeping V needs a kiss to sleep.”
Jin remained silent, but then continued, “you can’t expect a Pink Princess to you. Princess only receives kisses and not give kiss.”
“So shall I be your prince charming then?” V raised his eyebrows and cupped his hyung’s cheeks. Jin instantly turned tomato red and used the corner of his eyes to look at the other people in the car, ensuring that they did not witness this scene.
Relieved that everyone were sleeping, while their manager was driving attentively, he turned to look at V and gave him a small peck on his cheek.
“That’s all?” V pouted and tried to fake a tear.
“What do you expect? It’s very dangerous here.”
“In fairy tales, princesses usually get their kiss on the lips instead of their cheek.”
“You’re not a princess.”
“But I’m your boyfriend,” V smiled.
This statement gave Jin a shock, how did it escalates so quickly? “When did you became my boyfriend?”
“The moment when you kiss me on my cheeks.”
“But that doesn’t mean anything…”
“Not anything? Do you mean that you also kiss the other members randomly too?”
“Aniyo…”
“Yah! That means you love me!!” V flashed a smile before tapping on his hyung’s nose mischievously.
However, before the couple could continue bickering, the van suddenly stopped. Jin and V both looked outside to find themselves at a petrol station. They then turned to their driver aka manager.
“Mianhe, I forgot to pump the petrol this morning and the van is currently low in petrol. Give me five minutes to refill while you guys can go down to grab some food or visit the restroom.”
Grumbles could be heard from the boys who were sleeping soundly but they had no choice but to go down the van. At the convenience store in the gas station, Jin went straight to the snacks section and started grabbing anything that was yummy. After filling his hands with three big packets of chips, he continued his shopping spree by visiting the drinks section.
As he opened the refrigerator, he was welcomed by the cool air and within a second, he spotted his favourite drink. But he stretched his arms to grab it, he suddenly felt a tight hug from behind. He turned his head to see V’s chin resting on his shoulder, while V’s hands were secured at the side of Jin’s waist.
“Yah! This skinship is too much,” Jin whispered and broke the backhug.
V, who looked kinda disappointed now, replied, “But there’s no one here and the other members are at the restroom now.”
“Okay…but we have to be careful, and you – control your hormones” was what Jin said before leaving his boyfriend alone as he proceeded to the cashier.
“This too please,” V said to the salesperson as he put a hamburger in front of her.
“Where did you get that from?” Jin asked, “didn’t we ate lunch not long ago?”
“But I’m hungry now! And how can I say no to hamburgers?” V showed his rectangular smile and walked away with his hamburger.
Back in the car, the other members went back sleeping while V had half a hamburger in his mouth. Jin, too, was snacking on the potato chips he bought, along with a healthy drink.
“Hyung,” Jungkook, who was half-asleep, tapped Jin’s shoulder and asked, “can I sleep on your lap?”
Jin simply nodded and placed his bag on the floor to clear space for the maknae. V, on the side on the car, stared at Jungkook in jealousy and crossed his arms in anger.
“What’s wrong?” Jin, who noticed that something’s wrong with the second maknae in line, asked.
“I’m jealous,” V pouted.
“For?”
“Why can Kookie sleep on your lap and I can’t?”
“You can…but he asked me first.”
“Then you should say no! That position is reserved for me!”
“How do I know if you want to lie on my lap in the first place?”
“Since now I want to, you should wake him up. This type of interaction between you and him is too much!” V, the jealous boyfriend, demanded.
Jin simply shook his hand and giggled, “Why are you getting jealous over something so little? And why are you arguing with someone two years your junior? I can’t possibly cut myself into half for the both of you…”
“You don’t need too! You belong to me totally, ONLY ME.”
Luckily, Jungkook was a deep sleeper as he did not budge throughout the whole argument. Looking at Jungkook for one last time to ensure that he’s sleeping, Jin then held on to V’s chin and pulled him closer, until their nose touches.
“Don’t worry, you will be the one and only one I love. I’ll be all yours when we get home okay?” Jin tried to calm down his jealous boyfriend before giving him a kiss on the lips.
This got V off guard as he simply froze there, his hands touching his lips to make sure that he isn’t dreaming.
“What’s…that…for?” V stuttered as he gave a blank expression.
“You don’t like it? Oh well, then I shall not do that again…”
“Aniyo hyung! I like it! Or I should say I LOVE IT! I was just not prepared…and so I didn’t really anticipate it and I didn’t enjoy it.”
“So what you’re trying to say is….?”
“Let’s try it again!” V said as he placed his lips against his hyung’s. Where they were and who they are did not matter at that moment; all they wanted was to enjoy this long-awaited kiss. V tried to take another move but the snoring maknae was in the way.
“We can’t go further, the other members are here!” Jin chuckled upon seeing his desperate boyfriend.
“But they’re sleeping. They won’t find out about it!” V assured.
“Manager hyung isn’t!!”
Letting out big sigh, V simply retreated back and looked out of the window.
Trying not to move so much, Jin carefully leaned his body towards V and had his arms around his dongsaeng’s neck. “I promise, when we get home, we’ll do whatever you want okay?”
V smirked at the phrase ‘whatever you want’ and gave an “OKAY” sign without hesitation.
