Jake’s P.O.V
I walk over to a bench and sit down. I feel like crap. I didn’t at all! I didn’t even eat! Dinner nor breakfast! “Jake?” I heard someone say my name. I look up, and sure enough, Aiden is standing there. I gulped, “H-hi”. “Did you get any sleep?” He asked. “Wh-why d-do you a-ask?” I ask nervously. “Well, The bags under your eyes! Plus, you look really pale” He giggled and sat next to me. “Right..” I turn to him. “Did you eat?” He asked. I slowly shook my head.”Jake!!” He frowned. “Sorry?” I turn around. He sighed, “I have something to tell you” Aiden said. “I.. I do too.. I guess” I sigh, the “I guess” in a whisper. Aiden got up and smiled, “Follow me!”. I hesitantly got up.
-Bathroom
“Can I speak first?” I ask. I was nervous, scared, angry, upset, all at once. “.. Can I tell you first? It’s important..” He said. “He’s nervous as well.? Weird..?“. “B-but!-“. “Please? It’s important! I can’t wait!” He stepped closer to me. I almost burst into tears right there! Is he going to do what I think he’s going to do?! GREAT!! THIS JUST BECAME A THOUSAND TIMES HARDER!! “..” I stayed silent. If I let him, he’ll be heartbroken, if I don’t..

“Wait, Ai-“. “I like you!” He interrupted. “A-aiden..” I stuttered, my mouth went dry and my hands began to shake. “I’m such a mess..“. “Y-yeah?” He asked, looking up at me, his cheeks a bright red. “God, he looks so cute..” I mentally slap myself, “NO! STOP!” I closed my eyes and clenched my fists.
