ISHA’S POV

Next day at college everyone is busy in the preparation for the freshers party, we also got some free periods for it and teachers were just present in the class letting us do whatever we want…..we decided to play truth and dare now it’s my turn ” i will chose dare ” there’s no fun in truth nobody will know if someone is lying or not so I chose dare .

“Ok so u have to ask adi sir he’s single or not “kajal said grinning
“What ….how can I ask him like that and he has just joined, we don’t even know him that well ….if he got angry ” and don’t forget my husband if he came to know that I’m asking my professor’s they are single or not he will surely give me an earful .

“Ohh come on Isha , he’s not that strict it’s not like we are telling you to ask that question to Rudra sir , you will be fine now go he’s sitting there ”

I already have the answer for ur Rudra sir but these idiots are so afraid of him that they didn’t even think about it now I’m stuck.

“Ok fine …. I’m going but if this got serious I’m dragging you guys in this” saying I went towards adi sir and …..he was sitting with Rudra discussing something……why I always found myself infront of him .

As I approached them Rudra looked at me …… maybe he’s thinking that I’m here for him…. sorry to disappoint u husband

“excuse me sir ” I said gaining adi sir’s attention he was sitting with his back towards me …I moved to his side .

“Yes … Isha do u want something” he asked looking at me with a smile
” ummm sir are u single?” I asked him he was a lil shocked and confused ” what ” he asked to confirm did he hear right atleast he’s not angry ” actually sir we are planning the sitting arrangement for teachers and their partners will also come that’s why ” i said with all the sincerety.

“Ohhh ….no I’m single”he replied, he bought it thank god otherwise it would be so awkward.then his phone rang and he went away to take the call.

“Aren’t you going to ask me if I’m single or not “suddenly I heard his deep voice and rememberd that he was looking at me the entire time…shit Isha adi sir se to Bach gyi pr inse tujhe bachane vala koi nhi h.

I looked at him giving him a forced smile….he was looking at me with so much intensity his expression void of any humour.

He raised a brow ….then I remembered what he said
” I already know about you” I said in a low voice “
“Is that so ?”
Yup , I said trying to play it cool.

“And what do you know “he asked still looking at me like I’m in the upsc interview.
“You are married” I said looking at my sandals …they are pretty aren’t they …they are matching with my dress ( anything to avoid his gaze 😭 god why’s he so intense in the college)

“To whom ” he’s not done yet
“Me ” i said in a mere wishper
“Look at me “, he commanded no room for Argument.as I looked at him there was a glint of possessiveness in his eyes but why what happened to him suddenly.
“Then why were u asking adi he’s single or not ” ohh So that’s what it is about he’s jealous
“I already told adi sir it’s for their sitting arrangement”I said confidently this time.
He looked at me slightly narrowing his eyes like he knows I’m lying then adi sir came “let’s go for the meeting”, he said to Rudra….. thank you adi sir
Bhagwan kre apko acchchi si wife mile …. with a last look they went for their meeting.

I also went towards my friends ” girl what took you so long ……we just told u to ask him if he’s single, not to discuss your marriage with him ” kajal said… only if they know.

“He’s single…and rudra sir stopped me to discuss something let’s continue the game” I said.

At home …. I’m very tired today we practiced for two hours and shreyansh is really a good dancer .
As I was lying on bed he came out of the bathroom after changing wearing a black t shirt and sweats I didn’t realise I was staring at him as I heard him calling my name ” yes ” i replied looking at him …he had a amused expression on his face “I was calling you for last two minutes” he said and sit beside me in the bed .

What were you saying I asked looking at him he was looking at me but his expression was like he’s thinking something he closed his eyes and asked ” do you like adi ” ?

I was shocked like why the fuck he’s asking me …..then the realisation Hits me and I remembered the dare ohhh so that’s what it is about, i mentally smiled and an idea popped in my mind why don’t just tease rudra a Little bit hehe…..

“What” I said faking a confused expression like I have no idea what he’s talking about he just blinked few time and said ” you were asking him if he’s single” he said with a hint of jealousy……ohh men this is fun ….he has always kept me at distance so I can enjoy a little bit of this .

“Ohh you figured it out ….umm…i have a crush on him …. so..” I said with a sheepish smile and his jaw went taut and he will clench it some more I fear he will break his teeth .
