Y/n POV
We followed the little shadow whisp thing for a while, only to be lead to a knee deep pool of that weird black liquid. The thing, which I have now named Yami in my brain, walked across the top of the liquid, before stopping halfway and looking back at us.
“Yeah no, I’m not walking in that.”
I turned to Chrollo.
“What?” he questioned.
I only held out my arms as he sighed.
Chollo carried me on his back while I held a triumphant look, glad to not have soiled my beautiful skin(and/or pants) in that weird gunk.
“Hehe thanks churro!”
He only rolled his eyes at the nickname.
“I hate you sometimes, y’know that?”
“Pshh no you don’t.”
“You right..”
After passing through that weird slime stuff, we came across a field of red grass.
This place just keeps getting weirder and weirder…
Yami approached the middle of the field and looked at our surroundings. Then, a pure white hand shot out from the ground and dispersed him like a smoke cloud.
NOOOOOOO YAMI
The rest of whatever that arm belonged to came out of the ground. As it stood up, it revealed itself as nothing but a short ball of hair with limbs.
“Huh, that’s not so bad,” I said.
Right after those words came out of my mouth, te hair ball thing grew 10 times in size and now became a huge buff….well I don’t know exactly. It was like a giant human body will a small pom-pom like head.
Shit.
I tried activating my nen to fend this thing off, but nothing happened.
“Uhh Chrollo? We have a problem…”
“Huh? Other than the buff cousin it in front of us, what possibly could be an issue?”
“My nen doesn’t work here.”
“….Fuck.”
The thing ripped part of the ground out and threw it at us, barely missing.
“RUN!”
Chrollo and I took off in different directions, trying to find a way around the beast. It looked both ways before deciding it would pursue after me.
“CHROLLO I AM NEVER GOING ANYWHERE WITH YOUR ASS AGAIN!!”
D/n POV
It’s been about a week and I miss momma. I was let out of training for the day and I’ve already figured out how to activate Mr Hopps on command. My speed also way exceeds that of a normal child’s.
I was laying down on the floor and staring up at the ceiling.
I miss mommy and daddy has been really mean since she left…
I huffed, thinking to myself.
This stupid training stuff hurts and I don’t like it!
I sat there with my limbs sprawled out for a solid 10 minutes before I came up with an idea.
What if I get pay back…

Dinner was already served hours ago and I was now laying down in bed.
Dad should be asleep by now right?
I got up from under my blankets and crept my way out into the hallway. I made my way to mommy and daddy’s room and slowly opened the door. Daddy was laying peacefully in the bed.
Here’s my chance!
I tiptoed my way up to the side of the bed, concealing my presence before opening a sharpie as quietly as I could.
Hehehe this is what you get for being a butthead!
Before I could draw anything, my wrist was grabbed.
