– I already told you that I’m fine, it’s just an injury.

– You had a twelve-centimeter glass stuck in your stomach!

– You’re lucky it didn’t puncture any organs. I don’t even know how you’re awake, I thought you were going to fall asleep for about twenty hours. – Tej said after Roman’s drama, Lena shrugged, shifting her gaze to the table full of broken glass before pointing to the box of cookies still in its place.

-Hey, blondie, could you pass me that box? I’m hungry.

They all needed medical attention on the spot after what had happened, those bombs had left them disoriented and with pain in their skull, so they took advantage of the fact that Lena was dying to receive attention. They didn’t have to take her to the hospital, they managed to remove that crystal from her stomach in minutes, it wasn’t anything serious, although she did have a wound to take care of. – You can’t eat these types of cookies after-

– Blondie, sorry, but I didn’t ask you, just pass me the cookies please… – The girl asked, watching as Hobbs took the box, giving it to her before walking past and sitting next to Letty.

– Do you know? Brian would know what to do.

– No. – Lena and Letty said suddenly, Lena stood up suddenly, still holding the box of cookies in her hand. -Without Brian and Mia, the deal was not to involve them again.

– Neither do you.

– Well Blondie, listen, I don’t have a son or a husband, so I don’t lose anything, but I’m not going to let them lose their family because of this. – Lena pointed to the blonde who raised his hands in surrender. – We can do this, we have done it before, we will do it now… So Blondie, I want you to look to see if that Russian woman left clues, any clue that tells me where she is will help me.

The blonde saw Mr. Nobody, who nodded and made the boy run to get some information, Lena sighed, slowly sitting down in the chair, her wound was tender. The oldest watched the girl eat the cookies, smiling when he saw that it was true that she liked them.

…He was right again, like every time it was about Lena…

– Damn, she deleted everything, she took the eye of God. The only thing that could help us find them… – Lena turned around in the chair, watching how the blonde stood up, frustrated, Lena watched him, he looked funny, it was like getting angry but in a small way, much more so when he stood near Hobbs.

– And you Princess? What do you have? – Hobs asked, looking at Shaw, who was typing some things too, maybe looking for something.

– I’m looking for Toretto.

– Hey princess… Doesn’t your throat hurt? – Lena asked Shaw, looking at him with a smile. – That “I’m looking for Toretto” sounded like someone were crushing your stomach. – Lena laughed after imitating his voice.

– Be careful with cookies, you don’t want them to come out of the hole in your stomach, pretty. – Lena opened her mouth, offended at his response before looking him up and down and smiling.

– Ah fucker… – The girl muttered, turning around to face Roman again, who looked discouraged with the whole situation.

– Hey rules…

– First of all, that’s not my name.

– Little Nobody… – Lena and Roman said at the same time, looking at each other with a smile, they high-fived, Lena immediately regretting it as she leaned over, feeling the stinging pain.

– Don’t call me like that.

– Oh, we definitely will. – Tej laughed, looking at the blonde.

– I don’t care, tell to majesty that we will find Toretto all together as a team and when everything is over I will be very happy to take that smile off his face. – Lena looked from Hobbs to Shaw, feeling the tension between them before approaching to see what Shaw was doing.

– Is that… Wow, you’re not an idiot after all. – Lena smiled, biting into her cookie before pointing at Shaw and looking at them all. – Apparently this idiot has something, how does someone enter and leave a country without being identified? Ghost flights… – Lena scored.

– Ghost flights? I thought that thing about untraceable planes was just a conspiracy theory.

– And once again Lena, you are right. – Lena smiled, shrugging her shoulders, proud, looking back at the screen in front of Decker after giving her point of view. – Satellites and radar grids around the planet shift like an ocean, like channels opening and closing, in theory, if you know people who know the right patterns…

– Can fly through blind spots without being detected. – Ramsey finished, and Lena moved to Shaw’s side, looking what he was typing.

– That’s six, don’t put it in at once, it will give you an error. – Lena pointed out one of the codes, he looked at her with something strange.

– Since when do you know satellite coordinates?

– Since I did go to school, just do what I tell you, princess, the quicker we find Dom, the quicker I get away from you. – Lena said pointing to the monitor, he cursed before deleting the code and placing it as she had said, being able to feel that proud air coming from the girl.

– Where is Dom? – Letty asked, making Shaw look at her.

– In New York.

– I still don’t understand why we had to travel with fish, we could have traveled in a mail truck or something like that, oh God. – Lena complained once she got off the truck, her appetite had gone immediately when she was locked in that truck full of all kinds of seafood.

– Dom stole the eye of God, we have to stay under the radar.

– For that reason, Tej, a mail truck would have done the same job of covering us. – Lena said, already walking next to little nobody to be able to get away from so much scale, blood and intestines.

– Before I vomit, let me ask you something… What are we doing here?

– That’s a good question, Roman. – The blonde responded just when the cellar door, on the wall at the end of the space full of fish, opened, Lena’s mouth swore that it watered when she saw the number of cars and motorcycles of all the colors that could be imagined. – Welcome to our new base of operations.

– No, this is not a base of operations, this is heaven,… – Lena took a careful step in, looking to the last corner of the place, increasingly fascinated by all that could be found there.

– It’s the agency’s garage, they call it “the toy store”

-Here we bring every car seized from drug traffickers on the East Coast. – The blonde began, – now, Mr. Nobody said, that if we want to catch Dom, we will have to be very fast.

– Wait a second, blonde – Lena stopped, raising a hand – Don’t talk plural, I think you meant “You” but don’t worry, I’ll let you pass because… – Her eyes Lena caught a particular car, causing her to leave her words hanging in the air, passing through the middle of Hobbs and Shaw, on her way to the car in question.

It was a Mazda RX-7, the same one that Han had bought when they moved to Japan, although this one was not the characteristic orange and black color that Han liked so much, the feeling of melancholy in Lena was the same.

She still remembered his smile when he arrived at the shop and saw the vehicle he had bought when they were both still in Los Angeles. Lena still wondered how he had arrived in Tokyo so quickly, even before them. Smiling, she ran her hand over the neon green paint on it.

– Lena look at this thing! – Tej called, making the girl look away from the car to see the large tank that Tej was pointing to. -It even has automatic weapons control.- He saw the vehicle almost dreamily.

Roman approached the scene, looking at the tank with curious eyes. – I’ve always wondered if this thing would fit in a restaurant valet.

– Hey, hey… Nobody will be in control of this. – The blonde approached the trio, making them look at him almost with disgust, that had seemed more like a challenge than an order. – It doesn’t go out on the streets.

Lena’s eyes went up when she heard a cargo car approaching, putting her hand on Roman’s shoulder, Roman opened his mouth before walking towards the cargo car, being followed by her. – I think I’ve fallen in love again.

– It’s the love of my life.

The duo said, looking at the vehicles that had completely caught their attention, walking towards them as if in a dream. – Again, no, no and no… They are cars that cost more than a million dollars each, the idea is not to attract attention.

– It’s reverse psychology, have you ever heard of that? – Roman said, looking down at the blonde. – Dom would never imagine it.

– They are an orange and neon green Lamborghini Aventadors. – This one said with an obvious voice. – Go choose a not so flashy car.

– No, no, no, no, the brakes are my-This is ridiculous, Lena tell him how ridiculous he sounds saying this. – Roman said, before speaking to the truck manager. – Dude, put that car down, it’s a gift, Christmas gift, I like your beard, good Santa, black Santa

Lena denied, looking at that car one last time before taking Roman’s wrist, leading him to another station so he could pick out a car that won’t get him into trouble with little Nobody.

– Hey Tej, look what I brought. – Lena smiled, showing him the titanium weapon that she had brought with her to Dubai the last time, she assumed they would need it so she asked if they could get it. – Do you think it will be of any use?

– Lena, you just gave us the best utensil for this mission. – Tej received the cable before seeing the girl. -Will you take the Mazda? – The girl looked at him, seeing how he watch the Mazda that was raised in the air while Roman left some things on the table below it.

– No… I know we won’t catch Dom that easy. – Lena said, looking at the car. – I’ll take it next time. – This one said, looking at the black car that was next to the madza. – I will use the GT3. – This one pointed to the Porsche.

Tej nodded, watching the girl look at the Mazda with wistful eyes. – Hey Lena… I never told you this… I promised not to… But I think you should know… – Lena looked at Tej again when she heard his somewhat nervous voice. – A few months before Han died, he asked me for a favor… – Lena frowned before seeing him walk away towards his bag and return a second later. – He told me that when we met again, I had to give you this… – Lena looked at Tej’s hand, noticing how a keychain was hanging that had the Mexican flag on it.

– Did he tell you to give it to me?

– We met one day when I arrived in Tokyo to get some materials for the workshop, he gave it to me and asked me to give it to you when I saw you again, he said he wouldn’t be able to keep the surprise… – Lena frowned. I frown upon hearing that. Surprise? What a surprise? That seemed to be just a keychain. – I didn’t do it before because I really didn’t know how to give you the keys without… You know…

– Keys? Keys to what? – Tej sighed, looking down at that, after thinking about it for a few seconds he took Lena’s hand to put the keys in her palm, closing it before she could see them completely.

– Han wanted a life with you Lena, don’t doubt that. – With that, the older man walked away with the titanium cable in his hands, Lena looked down at the keychain, her hand immediately went to her mouth when she saw what was hanging from it.

Two keys hung from the keychain, one seemed to be a car key while the other was a normal key, like a door key, however, what made her tear up and make her feel her legs fail was that ring.

A gold-colored engagement ring, almost crown-shaped, adorned with small bright white diamonds, and in the middle of it, a larger diamond in dark emerald green.

Lena blinked, trying to get rid of the tears that wanted to come out of her eyes, caressing the diamond, her fingers felt a burning sensation when they touched the precious stones.

Han told me to give you this…

Was Han going to ask her to marry him?

The next time we see each other.

The New Year’s Eve dinner, that was the event in which everyone was going to get together again, they had planned a dinner to spend the New Year together, as a family.

Was he going to propose to me in front of my family?

The sound of Roman shouting and a crash made her turn her gaze to the man, who was crouched down, hands on his head, as he looked towards the wall, where the thick titanium cable that Lena had just given to Tej was connected. – Get your big forehead out of the way!

Lena smiled, deciding that, even if she wanted to do it, it wasn’t time to think so much about what she had received, although it would bother her for a long time, for now she had a mission and she was going to finish it, when that happened, she would return home and would think about everything that had just happened.

– There is an army of self-driving cars, send reinforcements as fast as you can!

Everyone’s ears caught the insistent and terrified voice of the officer who spoke on the radio, the group was finishing putting the last touches to their plan before the alarm sounded for everyone. – Okay, that’s Dom. – Lena heard Letty, making everyone get up and run towards their chosen cars.

– Okay, remember, don’t die, except your Decker, die if possible. – Lena said as she walked towards her car, entering it, she could feel the stinging pain of her wound, but she didn’t care about it, an injury was not going to make her get her brother out of the clutches of that blonde Russian.

With that, the group took to the streets of New York, driving through the streets where they knew the blind spots were, so Cipher couldn’t find them ahead of time.

Lena knew that this mission would not end there, she knew that if Dom was doing all that it was for a reason, one of which she was not aware, but still, her goal was to get him out of there, whatever the cost. She knew they weren’t going to catch him, but why not give the Russian a scare? That was Lena’s motivation.

Covering an entire street, the cars lined up, stopping Dom, who stopped immediately when he saw the line of cars in front of him. – Guys, I know why Dom is here… They say he stole a nuclear football.

Lena frowned at that, nuclear, everything he had stolen in the last few days was something related to nuclear. What did that woman want to do?

Lena was behind Dom, next to Shaw, both ready to stop the man if he tried to escape. After a few words from Hobbs, Lena watched as Dom moved forward, accelerating towards them. Lena knew that no one had to move, however, little nobody lacked that basic knowledge, plus he was a little, very , impulsive, so the only thing he did was move to try to stop it.

I mean, bad idea.

– When we tell you to listen to us, you do it blonde… Well done. – Lena said before everyone turned around so they could try to chase Dom from various directions.

– I’m going to get closer to PIT him.

– PIT Dom? Wow, it looks like little Nobody has clearly lost his mind. – Roman responded to the blonde, Lena couldn’t see what was happening because she was driving in a different direction than all of them, but she knew that the blonde was going to do something else stupid because of the confident tone he had.

– I’m on him.

Lena laughed. – No, you’re not. – She said, denying while accelerating.

– Lena… – The girl listened into her earpiece, Shaw’s voice made her look out her window for a second before answering. – You’re coming with me.

– What?

– You and I know that Toretto is going to escape… – Lena tilted her head, hhe was right. – You and I are going to follow him.

– That wasn’t the plan…

– I don’t give a damn about the plan, trust me.

– You’re asking me to trust my boyfriend’s murderer, what a way to ask me for something like that… – Lena laughed sarcastically, accelerating, they both cursed each other before they both crossed on opposite sides of the road, when Lena had Roman next to her she could see Dom’s car in front of her, stopping just at the same time as her and Roman threw the titanium cable that hit the bumper of Dom’s car.

– Strech him out! hold him! – Under Hobbs’ command, everyone began to move back, thus pulling the cable that each one had thrown towards the black car, almost lifting it into the air due to the force they generated.

Lena and Roman hit the brakes as hard as they could as Dom used the turbo so he could generate friction and break the ropes. Grimacing, Lena felt the car move forward anyway, pulling them towards it.

From one second to the next, the friction stopped, Lena’s eyes opened, trying to move back, she felt the impact, which made her jump a little, the stinging pain in her side returned, however, when Dom suddenly stepped back, taking with him, not only Roman’s car, but also Lena’s, she swore to feel again the pain she had felt the day she jumped off that bus.

Lena moaned in pain, unbuckling the belt that now felt suffocating, trying to get out of the car, she saw how Roman’s car blocked her, so, sighing in frustration and pain, she headed towards the next door, where she managed to crawl out of the window.

A pair hands lifted her by her armpits, making her sigh. – Come on. -The girl listened, seeing Shaw’s face before he pulled her to run with him, they both saw Dom running in the opposite direction from where he came, so they both decided to separate, taking a side to try, corner him.

Once Lena was one street away from where Shaw and Dom stopped, she stopped too, noticing how Dom was pointing his gun at Shaw, she was about to get closer before feeling herself freeze for a second when two shots were heard, the bullets came out and hit Shaw’s body, making him fall to the ground immediately.

Did he just killed Decker?
